We did the 360 tour in San Cristobal. See my blog post from Kicker rock for details on snorkeling with hammerhead sharks and eagle rays. this was an 8 hour tour. First stop we went to kicker rock to snorkel with hammerhead, black tip, and eagle rays. From there we saw Darwins Window, a rock formation that highlights kicker rock in the background.

After leaving Kicker rock we stopped at a Cerro Brujo beach for swimming with more h sea lion and sea turtles. The boat anchors and you swim to shore. There were people on our boat that weren't great swimmers so they elected to stay ashore. The snorkeling here wasn't awesome (murky) but it wasn't bad either.
After a beach swim we headed to Pitt Point where the captain threw out two fishing lines. It wasn't long before we had an Wahoo (called Ono in Hawaii) on the line and the captain turned that into super fresh Ceviche while we swam at the next stop.

We pulled into a beautiful cove to observe sea birds while they fed us lunch of fish or chicken. Here is where we saw the red footed boobie for the first time!

Our next stop was Rosa Blanca Bay for more snorkeling with sea turtles and reef sharks. Bob and I thought the water was too murky so we left the group and grabbed some private time on a very prestine beach.
DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER!
The day started off amazing and ended amazing as well!!! We got caught in not one, but two different pods of bottle nosed dolphins. There were hundreds!!! The captain was great about giving us ample time to just hang with them as they swarmed the boat.
The dolphins were a great end to a wonderful day. I can't say that I highly recommend Golden Reel, but I wouldn't NOT book with them again. The Galapagos brought the experience, it's hard for any tour operator to get it wrong with this material.
I have an entire blog page devoted to our time at kicker rock, but here are a few videos of eagle rays, sharks, and hammer The guide took this photo and you can see me filming from the top right corner.
